Refund and Returns Policy

Softweblab Technologies is an Independent Digital Marketing agency that does not promote any brand and is not associated with any company. We provide all software services like Web Services, Hosting Services, PHP Development, Software Implementation, Software Consultancy, Web design, etc. We provide online services only; we have covered the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada so far. All purchases made online from our cart or offline are delivered online. We are not responsible for delivery after 30 days of service. Any client who has issues or requires services in the future can contact our service number.

Cancellation Policy:

Softweblab Technologies follows a transparent cancellation policy. Here are the terms of the policy:

All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department or communicated to your account manager. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by the respective department. Customers approach us within 30 days of the purchase of services. After 30 days, the refund will not be accepted. We always try our best to deliver as per customer requirements.

Cancellation requests will be considered only when they are made within 24 hours of placing the order and the project has not started yet. Softweblab Technologies will not be held responsible for any third-party services, such as hosting, web development, content writing, etc.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of online business, Softweblab Technologies does not guarantee any refunds upon cancellation after the 30-day money-back policy. In the case of the monthly payment, it is understood that payment for the next month is released only after reviewing the current month’s performance. Softweblab Technologies does not make any guarantees on the basis of traffic, rankings, etc. and will not be held responsible for any refund claims thereof.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail it to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
